Rules and conditions of participation, Praia da Lota Resort, based in Praia da Lota-Manta Rota 8900-037 Vila Nova de Cacela, will undertake, between July 17 and August 31 2018, an online contest aimed for the general public, named "summer contest", which obey to the following conditions:
1. CONTEST RANGE: the contest is intended for all individuals resident in Continental Portugal and Islands and Spain or in Continental Portugal and Islands during the duration of the contest, with a minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years old.
2. PERIOD of PARTICIPATION: the contest will run from July 17 until 23:59:59 hours of August 31 2018.
3. MAIN GOAL: the contest aims to promote the brand Praia da Lota Resort
4. FORM of PARTICIPATION: To participate in this contest those interested will have to:
a) Have an e-mail account and complete the form on Facebook, submit them and confirm your Newsletter subscription.

b) Have an e-mail account and complete the form, submit them and confirm your Newsletter subscription.
5. WINNER: The selection of the winner will be made by the Promoter at random.
6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Prize to be awarded to the winner: 1 weekend for 2 people in one of the apartments at the Resort which can be used until the end of the month of March 2019, subject to availability.
Notes:
The prize will not be replaced by another or exchanged for cash.
7. PUBLICATION OF WINNER: The winner will be contacted by the PROMOTER via email provided for the Newsletter subscription, requesting his personal information (full name, phone number and date of birth) for the purposes of delivering the prize. The name of the winner will be also published on the page of Praia da Lota Resort on Facebook up to 15 days after the expiry of the contest.
8. AWARD: The winner will be contacted by Praia da Lota Resort (info@praiadalotaresort.com) to schedule the date of the prize won.
9. ADVERTISING THE CONTEST: Advertising of the contest will be made on the official Facebook page of Praia da Lota Resort, and on the official website of Praia da Lota Resort (www.praiadalotaresort.com).
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
10.1. participation in the contest is based upon full acceptance of this regulation, with the changes, annexes and additions that, at any time and without prior notice, will be introduced by Praia da Lota Resort and advertised in Official Facebook page or official website of Praia da Lota Resort (www.praiadalotaresort.com).
10.2. Praia da Lota Resort reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the competition if required. Any of the participants that participate in the contest on the basis of false information, will be automatically deleted.
10.3. In case of any situation not foreseen in this regulation, Praia da Lota Resort reserves the right to make any modification in this contest, as well as extend it or suspend it without notice.
10.4. Praia da Lota Resort is not responsible for any copyright violations or other practices by the participants under this promotion.
10.5. Personal data of the winner will be entered in a computer file of Praia da Lota Resort, based in Praia da Lota-Manta Rota 8900-037 Vila Nova de Cacela, and are intended for processing of this contest as well as to be used in the future, exclusively for correspondence, electronic messages or promotional offers. The winner can use his right to access his account, change or delete his/her data provided and can do this personally, by email (info@praiadalotaresort.com) or by writing to the address above. It is not allowed to participate in this contest co-workers from Praia da Lota Resort and their family. You may request clarifications about the contest by sending a private message on the page of Praia da Lota Resort Facebook or send an email to info@praiadalotaresort.com. The omissive cases in this regulation will be solved by Praia da Lota and no appeal can be presented.
